The role involves daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Service and Customer Experience skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries efficiently Experience in a call center or customer service role Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus Timing Night Shift: 8:30 pm to 6:30 am,
