Job Description
- As a Zoho Accountant, you will manage and oversee accounting activities using Zoho's suite of financial tools, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires expertise in Zoho Books and Zoho Finance Plus, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Zoho Books Management: Set up, maintain, and manage accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions. Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in Zoho Books, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. Budgeting & Forecasting: Utilize Zohos financial tools to create budgets, monitor variances, and provide financial forecasts in alignment with company goals. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and manage Zoho account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, generate necessary tax reports using Zoho, and support external audits with well-organized documentation. Automation & Process Improvement: Leverage Zohos automation tools to streamline accounting workflows, minimize manual tasks, and optimize the efficiency of the finance function. Skills: Key Competencies: Accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with Zohos suite of financial tools. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong grasp of accounting principles, standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
