We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef who has vast knowledge of Indian Cooking along with other experiences, energetic and working as a team member of the kitchen. Duties include preparation of complex traditional or regional dishes, fusion dishes, looking after hygiene standards, monitoring safety standards, good order of equipment and work areas etc. Skills, experience and qualifications requirements: High level of experience in preparation of authentic curry dishes. Proven previous experience at required skill level - at least 3 Years of Experience as an Indian Tandoori Chef of working in a similar environment/establishment; Must be able to work in a team or independently using ones own initiative.
