Job Description

Manager - Electrical

Role & Responsibility-

1- R&M activities of Electrical system for Power Plant and its operation

2- Operation and maintenance of TG/DG, AVR, HT/LT Breakers, Motors and Transformers.

3- Good knowledge of Auto load shedding, Relay co-ordination and programming in numerical relays.

4- DG, TG & grid synchronisation & different mode of operation.

5- Experience of Maintenance of CT/PT/LA, VCB & SF-6 and switchyard.

6- Participation in HAZOP, PSSHER, Implementation of CAPA, RCA, TPM & 5S of all activities

7- Modification/ New initiatives for continual improvement of existing system

8- Execution of Digitization activities, Energy saving and experience in EnMS.

9- Planning and execution of CAPEX related jobs at plant

10- Spare management of Critical equipments and its preservation

11- Managing Job order, contract labour and Vendors for taking external services for smooth functioning of Electrical system.

12- Good knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, 45001 and Responsible Care.

13- Monitoring of work permit system, LOTOTO and implementation while at work.

14- Hands on experience on Trouble shooting in Motor Starters, AVR and ESP controller etc.

15- Documentation and experience of SLDC data feeding, UPPCL Bills and Data record of equipment Health check-up.
