Compliance-related policies of the Company and contribute to building automation and efficacy in implementing best regulatory practices into policies. 3 To manage filing of reports/returns as applicable. Conduct periodic assessment of the compliance risk and to develop a risk oriented activity plan for compliance assessment. Conduct / manage periodically test compliance and prepare for various audits and inspection reports as per regulatory requirements. Ensuring compliances are in line with the requirement Qualifications Education: Must be either CS/ MBA or Bachelor's degree in Law Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IRDAI compliance.
