Automation testing ( Java + Selenium) Job in @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

Overview The Automation Testing (Java + Selenium) role is crucial to our organization as it involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and implementing automated tests. The person in this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications and expedite the release of high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Executing test scripts and analyzing results to identify defects and performance issues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate testing solutions. Participating in test planning, estimation, and prioritization activities. Contributing to improving and optimizing the existing automation framework. Performing integration, regression, and performance testing as part of the software development lifecycle. Creating and maintaining test documentation and reporting on test results. Identifying areas for automation and implementing automated testing procedures. Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and automation aspects. Keeping abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in test automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in programming using Java for test automation. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Ability to analyze and interpret test results and identify areas for improvement. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the quality of software products.
