Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them. Oversee content strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital campaigns. Campaign Management: Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Present campaign strategies, reports, and insights to clients, ensuring their objectives are met or exceeded. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services to existing clients. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new strategies and platforms to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry. Lead initiatives to implement innovative digital marketing solutions that drive client success. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Track campaign spending and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving significant online engagement and growth. Skills: Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
