Ltd., a dynamic IT services company specializing in software development, app development, digital marketing, custom software solutions, and IT services, is seeking a proactive and strategic **Senior Business Development Manager** to lead and expand our business footprint in both Indian and international markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the business development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of technology trends. ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **Strategic Market Analysis and Planning** - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. - Develop detailed business plans for market expansion, identifying and targeting high-growth market segments. - Collaborate with the executive team to refine target markets and align business development strategies with overall company goals. #### **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management** - Generate leads through networking, events, and other channels, proactively identifying potential clients. - Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. - Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demos tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our services. *Sales Strategy and Execution** - Set and achieve sales targets, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against goals. - Develop and execute sales strategies for various services, with a focus on high-demand areas such as digital marketing, app development, and custom software. - Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and achieving mutually beneficial agreements. #### **Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Oversight** - Collaborate with technical and project management teams to accurately capture and communicate client requirements. - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing timely project updates and managing expectations. - Ensure that deliverables meet client standards and coordinate with teams to resolve any issues promptly. #### **Digital Marketing and Brand Building** - Work with the digital marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential clients and enhance the companys market presence. - Contribute to content strategies, highlighting success stories and case studies to showcase the companys expertise. - Represent the company at industry events, establishing HL TECH INDIA as a leading brand in the tech community. #### **Financial and Administrative Management** - Manage budgets for business development activities, tracking expenses and revenue to optimize ROI. - Generate sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to executive management. - Ensure that all client agreements and contracts adhere to legal, financial, and company policies. #### **Innovation and Service Diversification** - Identify new services and technology opportunities, such as AI, blockchain, and machine learning, to diversify the companys offerings. - Stay informed about competitor strategies, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive edge. - Influence product development and innovation to meet evolving client demands and market trends. #### **Team Leadership and Training** - Lead, mentor, and support junior business development team members, driving a high-performance culture. - Conduct regular training sessions on new technologies, sales strategies, and industry developments. - Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. --- ### **Qualifications** - **Education**: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field in the IT industry, with a focus on software and digital services. - **Skills**: - Strong knowledge of software development, digital marketing, and custom software solutions. - Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Knowledge of market trends in AI, ML, and emerging tech is a plus. ------ *To Apply:** Please send your resume and cover letter to [hidden_email] [hidden_mobile] *Join us** in driving innovation and making an impact in the IT industry with HL TECH INDIA Pvt.
