Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolve customer issues related to products/services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
