Job Brief:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Services team as a Voice Process specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements & Qualification:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (With or without backlogs) / 10, 12th and Diploma

Working Days: 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)

Location: Chennai
