Job Description
- Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk.
- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
- Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
- Leads design reviews and requirement gatherings from the client and work with technical architects and development team to implement the same
- Gather functional requirements by engaging the appropriate users and stakeholders in requirements gathering sessions using various methodologies, including use case analysis, and business process analysis, and workflow modelling.
- Create mock-ups for User interface screens and documenting the Use cases considering the business rules and data mapping requirements, prepared detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
- Perform requirement analysis, acceptance criteria reviews and suggest amendments based on business requirements, system requirements and resource availability.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects; oversee high and low-level solution design ensuring that implemented requirements fit with business requirements.
- Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services and support the successful delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of the projects.
- Stay current on industry practices and trends, including business processes, new technology and assessing and communicating their potential impact/benefits on the business.

Essential Skills
10+ years of Business Process Management hands-on experience; 5 years of experience in Appian based implementation
Exceptional experience in the life cycle of the project from understanding the business requirements and problems, formulate workable solutions
Business Process Re-engineering: As-Is & To-Be processes, Gap Analysis, Business Analysis, Improvements, Process Designs in Data Flow Diagram (DFD), ARIS, VISIO, Controls, Policies & Procedure, BPMS, BPR & Lean Six Sigma
Strong project management & agile methodologies
Operational Risk Management
Internal Controls, Process audits and ISO - QMS, ISMS & BCMS
Extensive experience in Appian BPM,
Knowledge in CMM Level process.
Flexible enough to adapt new environments.
Sound knowledge in analysis of functional issues
Should have good communication skills.
Domain experience on Health care and its related such as Provider, Claims, Adjudication, Medical Cost containment and regulatory compliance such as Appian Cloud is SOC 1/2/3, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, 508 /VPAT and other leading global regulations and compliance
Essential Qualification
- BE / master s degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc..) from a Premier Institute with 5-9 years of implementation end to end hands on experience.
