Job Title: Key Account and Enterprise Business Development Manager
Salary Range: 15LPA - 20LPA
Experience: 8 to 10 Years (6-8 years may also be considered in case of really good and relevant experience candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high client satisfaction.
2. Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within existing key accounts by analyzing their evolving needs and proposing tailored solutions.
3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients, outlining growth opportunities, revenue targets, and actionable steps to achieve them.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of smart access control solutions, staying up-to-date with new product developments and innovations.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
7. Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with key clients, including contract renewals, pricing, and terms, to maximize revenue and value for both parties.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue projections, and market insights, using data and analytics to make informed decisions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven track record in key account management and business development, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strategic thinking and planning skills.
6. Results-oriented and self-motivated.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
