Job Description

Cooking: Preparing and cooking tandoori dishes, such as kebabs, naan, and grilled meats Quality: Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes Safety: Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the tandoor oven Hygiene: Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained Teamwork: Working well with the service team and other kitchen staff Menu planning: Planning menus and estimating food and labor costs Inventory: Controlling food stock and costs Training: Training kitchen staff in food preparation techniques Ordering: Requisitioning food, kitchen supplies, and equipment Maintenance: Inspecting store rooms, refrigerators, and freezers to ensure cleanliness and no wastage Working environment: Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment Safety practices: Complying with work practices and wearing protective clothing Manual handling: Using safe manual handling techniques Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
