Job Description for Process Trainer.

Job Brief

We are looking for a Medical Coder to join our team to support us in coding for patient diagnosis and databases. The Medical Coder will display motivation, be detail-oriented and have outstanding people skills that help them navigate any situation with ease.

A Medical Coders responsibilities include assigning International Classification of Diseases Tenth Revision Clinical Modification (ICD-10 CM), Hierarchical condition category (HCC), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT).

Preferable in ED Professional coding.

Responsibilities

Major Tasks

Complying with medical coding guidelines and ICD-10 CM policies.
Ensure 100% work in presentations and Training related contents preparation.
Client call discussion on training related scenarios.
Account for coding and abstracting of patient encounters.
Make sure that codes are sequenced according to process guidelines and insurance regulations.
Ensure all medical records are filed and processed correctly.
Analyze medical records and identify documentation deficiencies.
Review and verify documentation for diagnoses, procedures, and treatment results.
Identify diagnostic and procedural information.

Education and Specific Training

Qualifications Required

Preferred Minimum bachelors degree completion.
No Diploma candidates hired.
Successful completion of medical coding certification.
