Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled BPO Team Manager Operations with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP PMO Resource On/Offboarding Project Scheduling Project Financials Microsoft Office Capacity Planning and BRQ Invoicing. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the BPO team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Manage SAP PMO Resource On/Offboarding processes to maintain optimal team capacity. Coordinate SAP PMO Project Scheduling to ensure timely project completion. Monitor SAP PMO Project Financials to ensure budget adherence and financial accuracy. Utilize SAP PMO Microsoft Office tools to streamline project documentation and reporting. Implement SAP PMO Capacity Planning to optimize resource allocation and project timelines. Handle SAP PMO BRQ Invoicing to ensure accurate and timely billing. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives. Identify and address operational challenges to improve overall team efficiency. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure team success and identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team engagement and productivity. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SAP PMO Resource On/Offboarding Project Scheduling Project Financials Microsoft Office Capacity Planning and BRQ Invoicing. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Show a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Display a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and financials. Certifications Required Certified SAP Project Manager PMP Certification or equivalent.,
