Designation:Public Relation Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: 10k to 23K
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role requires the candidates to deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer and also contribute to the internal knowledge base. The role demands continuous learning across the client's technology stack & strong customer focus to drive faster resolution & customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years
- Must have minimum experience of 1-3 years in a product support business interacting with English speaking customers over calls, emails, chat preferably US-based
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen
Qualification:Any Graduate
Skills Required:
- Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery,
- Node.js/ Python/ PHP/ JAVA
- Working knowledge of SQL queries
- Anyone or more of the following databases Mongo, Postgresql or any other NoSQL DB knowledge
