Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud.
- Oversee and guide the Salesforce development team in adhering to best practices, code standards, and optimal design patterns.
- Analyze and define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules such as Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloudbased on business needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom LWC and Apex code for complex business processes.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Entitlements.
- Design and build Salesforce Communitieswith a focus on seamless user experience, collaboration, and integration with other systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting for Salesforce and related platforms.
- Oversee Salesforce platform updates and new features, ensuring the system is always up to date with the latest Salesforce releases.
- Lead the development of reports, dashboards, and automation processes using Salesforce Flowand Process Builder.
- Perform code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality development practices.
- Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Drive change management and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
