Let us know that we are hiring for the position of "Operation Coordinator".
Below are the given responsibilities -
1.Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
2. Supervise a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior electricians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
4. Plan, design, and modify electrical systems and layouts for construction, renovation, or system upgrades.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.
6. Manage electrical projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other contractors and trades.
7. Ensure that electrical installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
8. Perform regular safety inspections of electrical installations and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
9. Identify hazards or non-compliance issues and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
10. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during electrical work to prevent accidents and injuries.
11. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to extend their lifespan and improve efficiency.
12. Respond to emergency electrical failures and provide rapid repair services to minimize disruption to operations.
