Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's network of hardware and electrical stores for product distribution.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with architects and other B2B stakeholders to promote our smart home solutions.
- Actively engage with B2C leads generated by the company, providing product demonstrations, addressing inquiries, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business expansion.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's presence in the market.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Coordinate with distributors to meet sales targets through effective network utilization, regular communication, and stock optimization.
