Job Description
- The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales of premium textures by developing relationships with key stakeholders like architects, builders, and real estate developers.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting our products, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- KEEN INTEREST IN PRODUCTS, COMMUNICATION, LISTENING and UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENT, PUNCTUALITY,
- ONCE IN 2 WEEKS TO OFFICE FOR OUT STATION STAFF, FOR LOCAL STAFF IF REQUIRED
- Plan and execute on-site marketing activities to promote building wall products and solutions.
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations or project sites.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Ensure branding and promotional materials are effectively displayed at project sites.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field activities and customer feedback.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building wall technologies.
