Job Description

• Processing Vendor Invoices with prescribed TAT
  
• Invoice Verification, MIS reports.
  
• Payment processing and upload on Bank
  
• Managing the accounts payable team to manage queue and assignment of daily tasks
  
• Follow up for invoices against advances
  
• Co-ordination with onshore teams for queries on invoices
  
• Provide MIS
  
• Handling internal and external audit queries
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting process
  
• Basic knowledge of audit
  
• Good knowledge of Excel
  
• Decision making skills
  
• Problem solving skills
  
• Team Player
  
• Customer centric
  
• Knack to find and implement improvement areas
