We are hiring Business Development Manager _ IT Services for an MNC Job Type : Direct , Fulltime role Location : Bangalore Experience : 8+ Years Business Development Manager (BDM) IT Services Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IT services, focusing on Data & Analytics, AWS, and GCP solutions. Identify and pursue business opportunities, preferably within BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning IT services with their specific needs. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud and data solutions. Stay updated on market trends and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in selling IT services, especially Data & Analytics, AWS, and GCP solutions. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and emerging IT trends. Experience in business development for BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals and business cases tailored to specific industries. Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Effective collaboration with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations.,
