Job description
E Com Security Solutions, a global leader in cyber security and compliance management. This position is
responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing a team of HR specialists, and ensuring the
delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
key responsibilities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Deliver training programs for HR Manged Services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate
information and resolutions.
- Manage a team of HR specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional
development.
- Manage day to operations as per the SOP guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or
HR certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software applications
- Ability to handle complex assignment independently
