Product Application Support Manager Qualification: Information Systems or similar field of study graduate Responsibility: Product Application Support: Troubleshoot, test, and coordinate to resolve the more complex client reported software and/or data issues with limited supervision. Manage a workload of the more complex support incidents on a timely basis and update issues with activities according to Service Level Guidelines. Create and maintain documentation on internal processes and procedures. Innovation: Identify innovative ideas, tools, and processes to troubleshoot and resolve product issues. Capability Building: Identify and complete training programs and evaluations conducted by Product Support group. Provide internal and external application training/presentations. Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to less experienced Application Analysts. Knowledge Management: Contribute to and review the knowledgebase management repository.
