- Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Open Text Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience in the Medical Devices and Research and Development domains is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing testing and maintaining our software products ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications using Open Text Testing. Ensure the software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues. Document software designs code and testing procedures. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Medical Devices domain. Work closely with the Research and Development team to innovate and improve products. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Open Text Testing. Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Medical Devices and Research and Development domains is a plus. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices. Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Display a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement. Be familiar with regulatory requirements in the Medical Devices domain. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Show a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,
