Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Management Level: 11 Work Experience: 2.5-4 years Work Location: Kolkata Must Have Skills: Good To Have Skills: Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Maintain responsibility for enterprise IT monitoring capabilities, including monitoring the availability and performance of systems at both the infrastructure and application levels. Perform daily support for any monitoring-related queries, incident request ticket handling, and follow-ups on all monitoring aspects. Expertise in installation, configuration, migration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Zabbix and Splunk. Troubleshooting skills as a tools admin. Technical Experience: Skilled in enterprise tools; knowledge in implementing/supporting any monitoring tools. Good knowledge of Wintel/Unix/Linux technology. Technically inclined with an interest/passion for infrastructure monitoring. Ability to perform cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, etc., to address specific outages or issues. Good understanding of ITIL methodologies and their application in day-to-day operations. Must be knowledgeable on alerts and how to troubleshoot. Professional Attributes: Good communication skills. Ability to work with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, etc., to address specific outages or issues. Technically inclined with an interest/passion for infrastructure monitoring. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to support additional tools. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (15 years of full-time education).,
