Creative Direction and Leadership: Lead the creative direction for all brand-related initiatives, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging, visuals, and storytelling across digital, print, and event channels. Inspire, guide, and manage a team of designers, writers, and creative professionals to produce high-quality, innovative work that meets business goals. Provide hands-on support in the creation of design elements, copywriting, and other creative tasks when necessary. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, premium experience. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and execute GTM campaigns that elevate the brand and generate demand. Lead the creative execution of GTM strategies, ensuring effective brand storytelling across multiple channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize creative efforts and campaign outcomes. Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, design, communications, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus. Proven experience (8+ years) in brand management, creative direction, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including campaigns, branding, and design projects. Experience leading and managing cross-functional creative teams, including designers, writers, and other creative professionals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and creative concepts clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients, with a strong focus on delivering results.
