Inviting Applications for the role of Lead Consultant Service Now-BMC-Remedy Developer In this role, you will be the technical owner & manage a team of developers, assign their tasks & provide technical guidance as required. Responsibilities You are the technical owner and manage a team of developers, assign their tasks and provide technical guidance as needed. Mentor and lead a team of developers. Carry out agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles, including execution of development, unit testing, functional testing, and overall peer review of team member work. Reviews design and code per sprint to ensure quality. Creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities. Coordinate with Client, Architects, Business Analysts, and developers to translate business requirements to technical requirements and development tasks. Contribute and review user stories. Build and maintain technical documentation. Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and client business. Provide production support and be able to resolve problems under pressure. Assists in project estimation. Participate in regular Knowledge Transfer sessions with ServiceNow Developers Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances Coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation. Participate in blueprinting workshops and contribute with documentation and effort estimation. Support COE in continuous development of training paths for professional advancement. Contribute to ongoing definition of best development and solution practices. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Relevant experience BMC Remedy, Microfocus, HPOM, Fresh Works Development Well verse in one of the scripting skills like JavaScript, Angular JS (1.X), Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML Must have worked at least one of the programming languages - Java Scripting, Python, .NET / CSharp. Strong consultative skills at a cross functional level with ITIL experience Demonstrate prior experience in leading client projects as a technical lead. Strong hand-on experience in Java scripting, debugging and deployment. Thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data Understanding of Integrations Excellent communication Skills for client facing roles. Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Knowledge of Azure DevOps/ TFS / Jira / Rally Etc.
