They provide data populations to the Client Service teams, adhering to functional and technical specifications. This position requires the ability to creatively solve complex business problems. Job Description Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryans Key Results People Creates a positive team experience. Provides guidance and assistance to other team members. Proactive work status update to US / India liaison. Works directly with US-based counterparts on a regular basis. Client Deals with the Client data of high complexity. Ability to handle the data extracted from various sources and received from distinct Clients. Confirms the client data specifications with the Client Service team beforehand. Provides the data insights to Stakeholders and responds to their inquiries diligently and timely. Value Follows all applicable policies about Clients data and project management. Assists in reconciling and analyzing of client data and performs reconciliation of client data using Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, and other tools. Prepares the final documentation of the data load project. Designs, Creates, enhances, troubleshoots, and tests the client data(processing) tools. Supports the implementation of new clients or migration. Transitions the tasks from US team to India. Assists in Quality assurance process of deliverables. Contributes to the process efficiency. Acts as a Subject matter expertise. Performs other duties as assigned. Education And Experience Masters or bachelors degree in finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Business/ Technology Overall, 5 - 8 years of work experience. Prior experience with ONESOURCE Property Tax or other property tax software product is highly desirable. Exposure in Accounting or tax industry is must. Strong technical and/or advanced data analysis experience. Strong customer service background/experience. Client Onboarding and data Implementation skill is an added advantage Project management background/experience is preferred. Skills To perform this job successfully, Advanced knowledge of both Microsoft Excel & Access is a must. Advanced experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a must. Basic experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred. An understanding of project management applications such as Microsoft Planner, Asana, or ClickUp is preferred. knowledge of Business system applications experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Standard indoor working environment. Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer. Position requires regular interaction with employees and clients both in person and via e-mail and telephone. Independent travel requirement: less than 25%. Standard fulltime workweek requirement.
