Job Description
- Description: Convera Requirements: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members. AWS Services: Understanding with AWS and architecture. Should have good knowledge & experience in AWS S3 buckets, EC2, Lambda, Glue, and more. Experience in managing, support & guide resources. Talend Technologies: Should have an expertise or hands- on exp in Talend and able to guide team resources. Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies. Team Management & Mentoring Lead and mentor support team, including Engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Resolve team conflicts and ensure team members meet project milestones. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and external partners. Provide regular project status updates and report on key performance indicators. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives. Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee the development of test cases and coordinate testing efforts. Perform quality reviews and validation of project deliverables. Change Management: Follow change management processes to address scope changes and project adjustments. Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field; a masters degree is a plus. Proven experience managing technical projects especially in BFSI domain and preferably in Talend environments. Strong understanding of Data Processing and ETL Process. Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
