As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. What To Expect In Your Journey Monitor and maintain the performance, and security of enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, VPN). Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (routing, switching, firewall). Configure, manage, and optimize network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewall rules, IPS/IDS, and VPN. Manage and monitor network traffic, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Perform network capacity planning, including bandwidth and hardware upgrades. Oversee the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure (cabling, racks, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration with other systems. Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configurations. Lead network incident response efforts and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. Implement network automation and monitoring tools to streamline operations. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for network systems. What You Bring To The Table Minimum 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer. CCNA certification or similar industry-recognized IP/Ethernet certification is preferable but not essential and equivalent experience will be considered. B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc.
