Key Performance Indicators / Dimension of Function Uptime of global services Effective delivery of project tasks Effective implementation of changes Good team communication Location Asia Pacific (Noida) Core Actions / Area of Responsibility WAN and SD-WAN support LAN support and administration Wireless network support and administartion Pulse VPN remote access solution support Google Cloud Platform network administration and support Network monitoring & Management Desired Capabilities Networking skills & experience (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, Wireless & VPN) Knowledge of public cloud networking desirable (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) Firewall administration and support (cisco ASA, FirePower, Check Point) Professional experience 3-5 years administering and supporting corporate network services Knowledge of cloud networking technology Understanding and experience with SD-WAN & wireless technology Project experience Good ability to execute project tasks Leadership experience No direct reports but ability to self manage important Intercultural experience Able to work with geographically dispersed teams with different language and cultural backgrounds.
