Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Design and produce visually compelling graphics, infographics, animations, and multimedia assets for eLearning courses, training modules, and other educational materials. Ensure designs are visually engaging, educationally effective, and adhere to best practices in instructional design. Develop and maintain a library of reusable design assets to streamline production and ensure consistency. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development and storyboarding to final production and quality assurance. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budget constraints. Contribute to the development of design strategies and standards that enhance the effectiveness of LMS and training materials. Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve design practices and optimize the learning experience. Ensure that all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse learners. Incorporate best practices for accessibility and usability, including compliance with relevant standards (e.g., WCAG). Experience: 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on eLearning or educational materials, including at least 3 years in a lead role. Proficiency in design and multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Adobe Captivate, and other eLearning tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with eLearning and training materials, including interactive elements and multimedia assets. Understanding of instructional design principles and best practices for creating educational content. Ability to translate complex educational content into engaging and visually appealing designs. An impressive Behance profile and LMS design.,
