Our Culture Exceptional Work Environment Nurtures an Entrepreneurial Spirit Cultivates Strong Leadership Qualities Seeks Self-Motivated Individuals Opportunities as Personal Brand Ambassadors A Company Driven by Passion for Work To excel in this role, you should possess the following: Job Description: Develop, customize, configure, and integrate BMC Remedy ITSM solutions on the BMC Helix platform, including ITSM, CMDB, and Integration Studio. Work with SOAP and REST APIs to enable seamless integrations with third-party applications. Design, develop, and maintain workflows, forms, templates, and integrations using Remedy Developer Studio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into system, application, and process designs. Prepare low-level design documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices for development and deployment. Perform data analysis, migration using Helix Data Manager, and handle data import/export within the platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide system administration, configuration, and code migration support within the AR System. Provide end-user support and training, ensuring efficient and effective use of BMC Remedy and Helix products. Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy (versions 8.x, 9.x, and higher), with at least 1 year on the BMC Helix platform. Expertise in development, customization, configuration, and integration within BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Helix products. Proficiency in SOAP and REST APIs to enable integrations with third-party applications. In-depth understanding of the BMC Helix framework and architecture, including its components, interactions, and dependencies. Experience in programming workflows, enhancements, and integrations using BMC Remedy Developer Studio, including work with CMDB and Integration Studio. Solid understanding of relational databases, Remedy objects, email engine, and integration methodologies, with adherence to Remedy development best practices. Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Python, AJAX, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Experience with cloud computing, microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes for scalable, resilient solutions. Strong experience in data analysis and data migration with Helix Data Manager. Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and code migration within AR System. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues in BMC Remedy applications and integrations. ITIL certification is a plus; BMC Remedy Developer certification is also a plus. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Digital Workspace. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to provide training and support to end-users. Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable designs and solutions. Education and Certifications: * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). ITIL and BMC Remedy Developer certifications are highly desirable. Day in the Life of a BMC Helix Dashboard Developer As a BMC Helix Dashboard Developer at IZT, your day centers on crafting insightful, user-friendly dashboards and integrating complex data solutions that empower clients with real-time insights. Your morning begins by reviewing dashboard performance and checking for any user-reported issues. After a quick team meeting to sync up on project priorities, you dive into development using BMC Remedy Developer Studio, customizing workflows, forms, and templates to align with client requirements. Much of your work involves using Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies like AJAX and jQuery to design visually intuitive and interactive dashboards. By midday, you may focus on implementing new integrations, leveraging SOAP and REST APIs to seamlessly connect BMC Helix with third-party applications. In the afternoon, you shift to configuring data sources and analyzing data flows within BMC Helix ITSM and CMDB, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for dashboard display. You troubleshoot any issues, refine data mappings, and update dashboards to reflect real-time information. Toward the end of the day, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and gather feedback on dashboard functionality, working to translate client feedback into actionable updates. Before wrapping up, you document the days developments and plan for enhancements, ensuring your dashboards continue to provide high-value insights. This role blends technical development, user-focused design, and collaborative problem-solving, making each day rewarding as you bring data to life for IZTs clients.,
