Job Description
- You will be working as a SAS Developer in Mumbai with 2-4 years of experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement SAS Data Integration solutions to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. - Write and optimize SAS programs for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data throughout the integration process. - Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing SAS programs and data integration jobs. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development work, including technical designs, process flows, and change logs. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience as a SAS Developer or SAS Programmer. - Expertise in SAS Data Integration Studio (DI). - Proficiency in base SAS programming, including SAS macros, SQL, and procedures like PROC SQL, PROC REPORT, and PROC FREQ. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, and data modeling. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
