- As a Technical Lead at our organization, you will play a crucial role in owning the deliverables of a sub-team to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for interfacing with various stakeholders, including project and delivery teams, specialists, and technical architects to ensure alignment of technical deliverables and architecture. Your duties will include ensuring the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes. Additionally, you will facilitate the end-to-end technical implementation of the architecture based on business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the business impact of project requirements and ensure adherence to the architecture by the technical team - Drive technical interactions with the customer and team for effective requirement analysis and accurate estimation - Possess domain knowledge and facilitate the creation of conceptual prototypes for Proof of Concepts (POCs) - Follow and improve technical processes, guidelines, and best practices for the project - Take ownership of the understanding of architecture and non-functional requirements by the team - Identify and communicate risks and issues effectively **Qualification Required:** - React JS expertise - Strong command over Javascript - Experience in Programming Development - Proficiency in Web Application development At our organization, we specialize in digital web technologies that offer immense benefits to growing organizations.
