We have been retained by our client, a well-established, professionally managed, conglomerate, to identify a Manger Digital Marketing to power their foray into the e-vehicle business. The position is based at Bangalore. JOB PURPOSE :

Setting up of digital marketing capabilities to drive future business growth.


To build innovative solutions, leveraging digital marketing strategy, technology, to enhance and impact business targets, and client experience.


Prospect and source new digital marketing capabilities that will drive growth through vendor research and outreach.


Target capabilities include audience targeting, emerging media channels, digital analytics capabilities and personalization.


Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and business targets.


Identify target segments of a consumer market for B2B & B2C marketing purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns plan, involving social media, SEO, SEM, emailing.


Plan and implement client B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies across all channels ensuring all work is completed on time and to budget


Responsible for managing, PPC, Facebook, Twitter and other digital marketing programs for various product categories


Work with the graphic designers to create B2C and B2B email templates for each client and work with the digital marketing executives to analyse and improve each campaign


Analyze and measure the campaigns performance through marketing metrics (web analytic tools)


Work closely with the editorial team and provide editorial support for content generation that aligns with overall content calendar.


Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and data to guide marketing strategy and product enhancements.


Enhancing brand positioning and deliver the right message to customers showing the benefits.


Monitor trends and competitor activity in order to identity opportunities to differentiate the brand.


Act as a brand custodian, to govern the application of the bank s brand policies and guidelines.


Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.


Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

DESIRED SKILLS :

Experience in web analytic tools, digital advertising, and marketing desired.

Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing roles


Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Strong project management and performance management skills. Very detail oriented.

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Have a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the demands of a diverse culture.

Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required.

Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Possess strong organizational and planning skills.

Experience/familiarity with marketing technology and practices including: audience targeting, media/funnel optimization, SEO, analytics and content marketing.

Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Candidates should be Engineers with MBAs from a reputed institution with about 7 to 10 years relevant experience in digital marketing agencies/ e-commerce companies.
