- Job Title: Senior Executive Influencer Marketing & Social Media (Male Only) Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Executive - influencer Marketing & social media to manage influencer collaborations, social media growth (Instagram & YouTube), and product launch campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer outreach, social media content strategy, and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. Experience: 1-3 years in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing. Industry: E-commerce, D2C, Consumer Goods, or Marketing Agency. Salary - 20,000 In Hand - 36,250 In Hand . CTC- 3,00,343 to 5,00,030 Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships for brand promotions. Plan and execute social media campaigns on Instagram & YouTube to increase engagement and followers. Develop creative strategies for new product launches, including influencer-led promotions and content marketing. Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging posts, Reels, Shorts, and promotional content. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for better ROI. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms and content trends. Experience in influencer outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking. Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure engagement and campaign success. Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
