Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Training Director The Training Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee performance and ensure company goals are met. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with various departments to develop learning initiatives that align with business objectives. Responsibilities Training Strategy & Development o Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with company objectives. o Develop learning paths for employees at all levels, from onboarding to leadership development. o Ensure training programs incorporate best practices and emerging trends in adult learning. Program Implementation & Management o Oversee the delivery of training programs, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats. o Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on feedback and effectiveness metrics. o Select and manage training vendors or third-party programs when necessary. Leadership & Team Management o Lead and mentor a team of trainers, instructional designers, and program coordinators. o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness. o Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement o Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. o Partner with HR to support talent development, performance improvement, and compliance training. o Communicate training impact to leadership and recommend enhancements. Budgeting & Compliance o Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. o Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications we seek in you! Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Vast experience in corporate training, instructional design, or organizational development. Good experience in a leadership role, managing training teams and programs. Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness. Certification in training (e.g., CPTM, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
