- Job Responsibilities : Document control: Following and improving document control procedures, and ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and standards Document organization: Sorting, storing, and retrieving documents, and using computers to organize and distribute them Document progress reports: Producing reports for senior managers Document reviews and audits: Conducting regular reviews and audits Document training: Training project document controllers and team members on the document control system and best practices for document management Document security: Maintaining information security access Project management: Assisting project management Education Requirement : Any Graduate Experience Requirement : 6 to 12 years experience. Preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements.
