Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Jamnagar. This is a full-time position where youll play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with the ever-evolving business objectives of Reliance Industries Limited. You will work closely with senior leadership to support, develop, and implement effective HR practices. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, legal standards, and best practices. Support talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning. Oversee performance management activities to drive a high-performance culture within the organization. Facilitate organizational development initiatives to align employees with company goals and growth strategies. Provide expertise in conflict resolution and change management to achieve corporate objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and implement strategic initiatives.,
