- Role Overview : We are seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth and market presence. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will oversee all marketing functions and develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Responsibilities : Develop and execute aligned marketing strategies. Lead and mentor a creative marketing team. Convert leads into actual business Strengthen brand image and ensure consistency. Oversee SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns. Use analytics for data-driven decisions. Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts. Optimize marketing budget and resource allocation. Qualification : Proven experience as a marketing leader (minimum 8 years). Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools. Exceptional analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
