Role Overview
As a Content Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling content strategies that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate is not just a wordsmith but also an analytical thinker with a passion for brainstorming creative ideas that drive engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management o Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. o Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of assets. o Work with the team on creating communication such as email, invites, etc.
2. Content Strategy o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and align content strategies with business objectives. o Conduct audience research to identify trends and optimize content performance.
3. SEO & Analytics o Optimize content forsearch engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic. o Analyze content performance metrics and implement actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
4. Market Research o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies. o Identify gaps and opportunities to position the brand as a thought leader.
5. Collaboration o Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns. o Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields (preferred Tier 1 college). 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related fields. The candidate should have experience in writing reports and white papers.
Experience in podcast content writing is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Creativity and enthusiasm for brainstorming new ideas and solving problems. Proficiency in tools such as content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
