- Implement and maintain quality standards for recruitment processes.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Generate reports for management to provide insights into quality and performance.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment activities.
- Provide training to recruitment teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
