Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, posting, scheduling, and community management Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations Create and edit multimedia content such as videos, photos, and graphics Collaborate with internal teams to align social media with marketing and PR objectives Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget, targeting, and performance tracking Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners for brand exposure Assist in event planning and live coverage Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) Strong creative and editorial skills Experience with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop) Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with event planning is a plus About Company: Pacecourt has emerged as a leading player in the acrylic sports surface industry, driven by the expertise of a professional with over two decades of experience.
