- Company Description Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi is a premier research and engineering institute located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. With 14 departments and 3 interdisciplinary schools, it serves a student population of almost 5000. IIT (BHU) Varanasi is uniquely associated with Banaras Hindu University. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CFD Engineer located in Varanasi. The CFD Engineer will be responsible for conducting simulations and analyses using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. Daily tasks will include developing and validating models, performing numerical analysis, interpreting results, and preparing detailed technical reports. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support research and development projects. Qualifications Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software and tools Strong background in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and numerical methods Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for model development Skilled in performing simulations, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and work on research projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Experience in an academic or research setting is a plus,
