Job Description
- Job Title : SDE 3 ( ReactJs ) Experience : 5+ years Location : Ahmedabad, Mumbai Primary Skills : ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3 Roles And Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Lead Development : Design and develop dynamic and responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and scalability. Component Architecture : Create reusable, modular components and maintain a well-structured component library. State Management : Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to effectively manage application state. Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features. Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards. Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Performance Optimization : Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience. Testing : Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of applications. Technical Leadership : Provide technical direction and insights to the team, making architectural decisions and recommending tools and technologies. Agile Practices : Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies. Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
