- Job Description: WordPress Developer (3-4 Years Experience) Position: WordPress Developer Experience Required: 3-4 Years Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday (Sat & Sundays are off) About Wiredus Media: Wiredus Media is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in pinpointing opportunities and executing strategies to accelerate brand growth. We are looking for a talented and passionate WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites ensuring strong functionality and optimization. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Convert HTML/CSS designs into responsive WordPress themes. Plugin & Theme Customization: Modify and extend existing plugins and themes. Develop custom plugins and themes from scratch as per client requirements. Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, including improving page load speed and overall site performance. Implement caching, minification, and other best practices to enhance site speed and performance. Security Management: Ensure websites are secure and regularly updated. Implement security best practices and monitor for potential vulnerabilities. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress websites. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs and performance issues. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (3-4 years) as a WordPress Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation) is a plus. Solid understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience with website analytics and performance optimization tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
