Job Description
- Best Immigration is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to Study Visa and Tourist Visa inquiries. Requirements & Key Responsibilities: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage). Good understanding of the Study Visa and Tourist Visa application processes. Make outbound calls to prospective students and tourists inquiring about Study Visas and Tourist Visas. Provide detailed information about the visa application process, requirements, timelines, and documentation. Offer counseling and guidance on selecting the right type of visa based on individual needs and goals. Ensure that clients understand the process and follow up as required to keep them informed and engaged. Schedule consultations and meetings with clients for detailed discussions or follow-up. Build strong relationships with clients and address any concerns or queries they may have. Follow up with leads and provide continuous support through the application process.
