Key Responsibilities:


• Client Management: Build and maintain positive client relationships, offering customized travel solutions.
• Booking & Reservations: Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and more.
• Itinerary Planning: Design personalized travel itineraries to meet client goals and preferences.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare travel documents, including visas, passports, and other required paperwork.
• Financial Management: Oversee payments, refunds, and invoices, supporting the finance team as needed.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist in promoting travel products and packages to attract and retain clients.
• Emergency Assistance: Provide support during travel disruptions, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with clients and resolve concerns.

Research: Ability to independently gather and analyze relevant information to enhance client and agency needs.
